Fructus Consultants is a boutique HR consulting firm specialising in senior level Recruitment(CXO/Board/ top management positions)besides offering bespoke Training programs and Executive Coaching tailored to specific client requirements.

Do you work with clients Pan-India?

We have a presence in Mumbai and Chennai and hence tend to focus on clients in West and South respectively. However, senior level search assignments are conducted Pan-India.

Do you specialise in any particular industry?

Given the promoter’s background, we have done significant work with clients in varied industries including Automotive, Auto-Components, Farm and Construction Equipment, Speciality (OTR)Tyres, Flavours and Fragrances, Ports, Logistics and Infrastructure, Shipping, Fabrication and Manufacturing and Overseas/Higher Education(HEI)

Do you work only with domestic companies or undertake overseas assignments also?

Fructus has in the past worked with an Australian client for recruitment of the senior management team for their India operations. Fructus continues to work with Indian and international companies in select industries
